Calumet Grove is located at the northern most part of The Villages, Florida. We are a playful and friendly Village.
Our family friendly recreation centers are Chatham located on Legacy Lane and the First Responders located at the end of Clearview Ave. These facilities offer family pools, billiards room, meeting rooms, Basketball court, Bocce courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, picnic areas, fitness areas, Fire pits and much more. The starter shacks for Oakleigh and Amberwood executive golf courses are located behind the Chatham Recreation center.
Our adult only pool (30 yrs. and older) is located opposite our mailbox area.
To the north of Calumet is Mulberry Recreation Center on Route 42. This center also offers the above amenities plus an Olympic size swimming pool, pickle ball courts, stage facilities and fitness center.
Located just a 5 minute golf cart ride from a Citizen's First Bank, Walgreens drugstore, Publix Supermarket, Shell Gas Station, VA Clinic and many restaurants and other small shops located in the Mulberry Shopping Plaza.
The Lopez Legacy Country Club is also a 5 minute golf cart ride located on Buena Vista Boulevard. The Lopez Legacy Country Club offers elegant dining plus an open grill and poolside dining. Golfers can cool down after a rough day on the greens at the casual bar and grill. The Lopez Championship Golf Course designed by Nancy offers practice areas for chipping/putting, driving range and 27 holes of beautiful vistas playable by both experts and novices. The starter shacks for the Walnut Grove and Briarwood executive courses are near the Pro Shop.
